Subprocessors
The third parties RevSight relies on to operate the service, and the customer-controlled services that are data sources rather than subprocessors.
RevSight uses a small number of trusted third parties (“subprocessors”) to operate the service. The current list is below.
| Subprocessor | Purpose | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Anthropic | AI processing to generate billing summaries and answer questions in the assistant. | United States |
| Cloudflare | Hosting, database and storage, and edge / CDN delivery. | United States / global |
| Resend | Transactional email, including login one-time passcodes and notifications. | United States |
Customer-controlled data sources (not subprocessors)
Stripe, Metronome, and HubSpot are the Customer’s own connected services and data sources, under the Customer’s control. They are not RevSight subprocessors; the Customer’s use of them is governed by the Customer’s agreements with those providers.
Payments
When enabled, Paddle acts as the merchant of record for payments and processes the payment transaction under its own terms.
Changes
We keep this page up to date. When we add or replace a subprocessor, we update this page, and for material changes we provide reasonable notice (for example, by email or in-product notice) so customers acting as controllers can object on reasonable data-protection grounds.
